Cathedral Mountain Vineyard Syrah

Last bottle of Syrah from Chris Lawler era at Times Ten. A bit of funk with dark spices, plum, ripe red cherries, nice acidity & tannins. Aged very well.

Super spice bomb. On the nose forest floor and blackberry, palate gave huge dark chocolate and brambles with rich Indian spice. A bit of funkiness from Texas, but extremely well structured with velvety tannins.
