Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Nice for everyday.

I did not take notes as these wines were served over a casual lunch with the Tikal staff.

Solid bold fruit forward Malbec/Syrah. Should give it more for being organic.

Docked points for the insanely heavy "mine is bigger than yours" bottle. The wine is...fine. Oak sticks out a bit awkwardly.

Fruit forward with a splash of spice, medium-full bodied. Organic! Biodynamic! Support them! Paired well with aged Gouda. For the $, buy it and try it!
