An opaque ruby color with bright red undertones and wide edges. You already know this wine brings that beautiful, sexy funk. And enough of it. Plenty of barnyard and wet moss all over the nose, with fresh blackberries and dried herbs. There really isn’t enough I can say about this. Cab Franc from our part of the world can be tricky to pull off at times, with some being far too big and bold and others sliding into one note vegetal bores. This doesn’t even come close to making those mistakes because while it’s funky and beautiful, it is so incredibly clean and focused. Also, only 12.5 Purity of fruit and immaculate structure. That funk travels to the palate along with vigorous red fruits. Some black pepper and earthy accents too things off.

This is pretty fantastic! Light, refreshing, lush tart fruits with a bit of yeast, light tannins, but silky! Will definitely drink again!

Most chuggable red wine I’ve ever had. So balanced and not too dry or sweet. Notes of stone fruit made it refreshing to drink.
