Strawberry cordial and cherry candy on the nose, with a complex bouquet of herbs balancing out the aroma. The palate is beautifully balanced between the strawberry/cherry fruit and some wet stone minerality, with some almost Scotch-whiskey-like savory herbaceousness. The finish is a balance of bitter and sweet, inviting a follow up sip to further investigate. A spectacular wine for the price, and goes brilliantly with some pizza with herbs on top or really whatever you want.

Love it!! That’s a watermelon jolly rancher. Almost electric in color. What’s not to like other than it’s only Monday.
