Jun 6th, 2021Pale, translucent red, with a nose of crunchy fresh cherries, cream, allspice and a pinch of pepper - reminiscent of a Barbera more then a Nebbiolo. On the palate this shows juicy cherry acidity, grippy yet nicely polished & fine tannins and a core of spicy fruit. This is fine, elegant & very drinkable, esp. with the 12.5% alc. What a perfect, Greek delight!
