Light aroma of green apple with a hint of spice. Taste is mellow, full of apple flavor but faint on the oak. Finishing is smooth, tangy, a bit of grapefruit flavor, but slightly amiss of structure. Quite easy to drink though.

Sort of a flat Chardonnay at first sip. Very light on flavor and oak. Oak slightly overpowers what flavors of the wine there are. As you drink more the flavors come out. Drinkable but won't be purchasing again.
