Amazing racy acidity that lingers long. Green vegetal notes up front, bell pepper, asparagus, classic Marlborough stuff. Lemon lime and salt and kiwi on the nose secondary for me. Lots of citrus notes on the palate. Great Costco buy. 13%

Mar 20th, 2023Very pale lemon in appearance. Very pronounced on the nose with aromas of grass, green pepper, and lychee. The palate provided high acidity, medium alcohol, and a surprisingly fuller body than the appearance gave off (Medium, instead of light). The palate was very overpowered by lemon leaving the balance slightly askew. Length was alright. Overall a good wine.

Very interesting wine, what with its hints of green pepper which, at first, took us by surprise. It grew on us though, and it's one we'll seek out again.

Very well done Sauvignon. Had with seared tuna with cilantro lime ginger jalapeño sauce.

Pleasing stringent fruit notes, not as dry as many sauvignon blancs.
