Very restrained nose. Tart acidity, lemons & stones. Avoids the whole grassy thing, lovely.

Focused and nervy. Super tart citrus, crunchy green pear, Serrano chile, crushed rock.

Purest outcropping of kimmeridgean marl on earth. Fucking delicious.

Probably the most interesting Sancerre I can recall. Continuously changing with a lot of notes similar to white burgundy.

Pooch

Crisp, approachable Sancerre. Pronounced mineral notes to balance the acidic tension and bright citrus fruit. Reminds me more of Chablis than Sancerre, but that is meant in a very good way.
