Unbalanced... But during the journey hit a high point. Initially it was tart, spritzy Cherry, and hot. After hours that settled into a Burgundian nose with very nice fruit and Earth depth. At the end of the bottle, it was drying. But the high point was pure pleasure. Looking forward to my second bottle now that I know the perfect timing.
