Light to medium bodied, fresh, light and springy. Little astringent towards the end, but overall appreciate that this one’s fresh and steely, and not super oaky.
Just getting into Chardonnay, so recommendations and advice welcome!

Simple Bourgogne Blanc. Apple and lemon zest with a touch of minerality. Pleasant, but thin.
