Like drinking lightning bolts ⚡️ Ripe green pear, white peach, tart citrus, zest and pith, citrus blossom, tea leaves, crushed chalk, a layer of spring honey just barely. Tense on day one with electric acidity. Day 2 showing more aromatic complexity and a kiss of breadth on the palate. So much acid and rocks. Day 4 still fresh as a daisy

Clear pale straw. Tart acidity, mineral rock & lemons. As it evolved in the glass, hints of faint white flowers and white peach emerged.

Another fantastic btl. On the nose: pure lemon and salt, with the softest touch of lanolin, and loads of stone. On the palate: searing acidity, lemon peel, salt. Lovely density and a long finish. Yum!

Quiet, elegant nose of beeswax, ripe pear and smoke. Rambunctious, lively and textured in the mouth, bursting with grilled lemon and green apple plus notes of salt and smoke, all underpinned by smooth stoniness. A cool, youthful wine that is full of energy. (Jason Wilson, Vinous, July 2020)

Stunning orchard fruit mixed with solid salinity and density. Absolutely amazing acidity keeps things lively. Starting to show a touch of secondary: nutty notes and a hint of lanolin.

Green apples with an acidity that is too much to the point of some sourness, has good potential but way too young.

Nez de pommes vertes, acidité très appuyée avec une amertume un peu trop prononcée pour le moment, à revoir mais a du potentiel.
