First wine we have tried from Steven Kent and from Livermore Valley. Crimson red with moderate intensity. Light damp wood on the nose with some blueberries and red cherries. Day two added some perfumey and floral notes. Still some slight heat. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Lots of blueberries and a slight cherry cola in flavor and texture. Great acidity providing a solid backbone. Moderate plus finish. Very easy going and light Cabernet Franc. Will benefit from some more bottle time. Drink from 2017 till 2022.

Just a really lovely wine. Tastes like more. So complex, we're having a hard time classifying it.
