Nice citrus fruit showing through. Much different flavor palate then traditional Sauvignon blancs from NZ. Long and juicy finish.

Nose is limes and tart apples. Taste is lots of lime and lemons. Papaya in there too.

This one is really something. Follows up a frozen, divorced sauvy b like a true dream. Acidic on the tongue but not too much. Excellent fig flavor on the palate with a vinegar throat. Very good balloon wine. Thanks!
