Disregard the software - this is the 6 puttonyos, not the 5. A follow up to a couple of BA's, and this one, younger by about 5 years, has done a better job of sustaining the acidity on the finish that you just have to have to keep these wines from being sloppy and cloying. Yes, there is a richness of mandarin and ripe summer fruit. Not a whiff of Sauternes-like marshmallow or burnt sugar, just concentrated stone fruit, honey and some mineral dustiness.
I love that this wine maintains a personality of its own - not German, not French, just itself...
