2018, by the Prisoner Wine Company. Healdsburg California. The cage loop broke in my hand so I had to use pliers. 🥴 After a quick trip to the toolbox in the garage, we were back in business. Unfortunately, The bottle issue was a foreshadowing of what was to come.

Pale golden color, and about 20 seconds after I poured it, it completely stopped bubbling. Notes of pear, honey, and crackers. Oddly sweet for a brut. The most disappointing thing I've purchased at the grocery store since my experimental potato chip phase.
