Kind of ambivalent on this one...the extra time in the sherry casks gives it rich vinous flavors, but the single malt sacrifices some of that classic Bushmills warm smoothness. The honeyed finish is still there. It’s enjoyable but honestly prefer both Black and the Reg to this.

Mellow, almost sweet, not smoky, tasting the vanilla honey afterward. Supple, very approachable.

Rough and somewhat unrefined. Didn't enjoy. Reminded me of whistle pig cause it's so in your face. High abv.
