Tried to pop and pour but it definitely opens up with a little time. Nice hints of dried dark fruit, floral and cinnamon on the nose. Definitely taste cassis, raspberry and a little bit of herbs along with cedar. Tannins are subtle but definitely there. A nicely balanced wine that is probably only available at their tasting room in Geyersville.
