Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon

Classic Napa Cab with some age on it. Drink now in my opinion.

Deep garnet; medium plus intensity aromas of black plum, black cherry, blackberry, wet earth, allspice, cloves, vanilla; developing; dry, medium acid, high tannins, high alcohol, medium plus body, pronounced intensity flavors of ripe black fruit, black plum, raspberry, blackberry, some dried fruit, allspice, clove, vanilla, long finish; very good

Great winery and wine from Mount Veeder area.

This was the 2012. Part of wine exchange from Dimas work. Needs to decant about an hour than delic!!

$45 - a little too much bite. Probably would not buy this one again

Jammy, dark berries and chocolate. A really nice cab that's not overpowering.

Fantastic with my homemade spaghetti and meatballs. Nice price to performance wine.

Tastes like a cab, moderate tannins, slightly acidic, smooth. Very good for the price point.
