1985 south block eyrie Pinot noir tastes so deeply of its vineyard it could be nothing else. In a region where I often have a hard time finding distinctions between the top wines Eyrie's stands out as a completely unique and consistent Pinot noir producer.

An absolutely mind blowing showing!!! This redefines Oregon for me in its potential. After 30 years, this wine was on par with many a Burgundian. Magnificent stuff, magic from PNW.
