Amazing value, theres a lot going on. Its floral and savory on the nose, and on the palate it has a bright soul, with a cheesy mid-palate that showcases the acidity at the extremities, like a slice of yellow apple with brie. After some time it becomes more waxy. A lingering finish of honeysuckle rounds it out. Wow
