Aromas of ripe strawberries, strawberry syrup, red cherries in kirsch, reminds me of a Beaujolais.
Pronounced favours that follow the aromas. A very fruit forward wine, but with medium body, medium + acidity, medium + finish, low tannins, and medium alcohol, it's got a lot to back up the bold ripe strawberry flavours.
It's a delicious wine and something a bit different. Very enjoyable.

Smells sweet, but the flavor is more floral and effervescent-y. Excellent pairing with teriyaki salmon and caprese salad.
