Ive had this before but not a big fan after two different vintages. I don't know this last bottles vintage, but it has a fishy nose. I'll let it warm up and see what happens. There are much better sparkling Shiraz but hard to find.

Really interesting...fun. A tidal wave of crushed brambles if little else. Thanks Ethan!

Lovely, off dry, full body, with notes of blueberry. Paired well with shrimp cocktail.

Cassis on the nose. Black cherry and black plums on the palate. The tannins show up on the finish to give complexity. Fine, frothy, bubbles that settle quickly when this wine is first poured. Great with roast pork loin.
