Cuivre by The Bruery. Deep raisin and chocolate nose which is borne out in the tasting along with prunes and charred oak. Elegantly carbonated with a nice heat in the back of the throat. This is what The Bruery does best, and this one is for Dad.

Incredible layered, long-lasting flavor. Some burn comes with raisin and maple syrup up front. Then sticky caramel turns to rich toffee , and then a sustained melted Werther's Original takes you across the finish line. Excellent.
