My first “Sylvaner” (someone spelled it wrong here), and man, did it shine across some home made coconut curry! Notes of crisp apple comes bold through the palate, with cinnamon notes hidden in the back, and a nice minerality dancing in the background. The body was surprisingly full, and it coats the palate just right for a meal with little to Bon-noticeable acidity. If you find a Sylvaner, buy it, save it a bit, then drink it.

Jan 15th, 2022VERY mineral driven, with floral notes of apricot, and with a forefront flavor of applesauce and a lingering flavor of ripe cheese, nutty flavors and apricot maybe? This is my first sylvaner and it won’t be my last. Very light, but very complex, and drier than your typical Riesling, but with a unique flavor all its own.

Keeping Portland in my ❤️ right now and this sylvaner (not to mention sylvaner in general) kicks ass. Uniquely refreshing and secretly complex: kiwi, green apple and pear with a twist of lime zest and chamomile. Tart with just the right amount of RS.
