Sandwiched between Mâconnais and Beaujolais, St-Véran is truly making some lovely whites at exceptional QPR. Here’s a perfect example. (I matched the chard with a baked Alaskan salmon...baked fennel...and a side of harvest grains. I’m one lucky old fart.)
