Strawberries, cloves and hints of mint blossom in the glass. It's soft and enveloping with violet-tinged wild berry fruits and florals. A core of zesty acids bring lively energy, maintaining an energetic feel throughout and making this a perfect pairing at the dinner table.

This wine brought me back to my grandmother's Thanksgiving kitchen. The wine is loaded with a comfortable assortment of fall flavors including graham crackers, baking spices, warm pie crust, and morello cherries.

Purple. Purple. Purple! Lavender, iris, and violets on the nose. The palate, however, reveals salted caramels, old-fashioned cream cola, and beautifully integrated, layered flavors.

Cedar, balsa wood, and nutmeg draw you in, but a burst of cranberries, strawberries, and lively acidity keep you sipping. This wine also offers a nice mineral, stony dimension and a cafe au lait finish.

This is a beautiful example of California Pinot Noir. It has soft, delicate aromas of purple flowers and strawberries with a surprisingly nuanced set of flavors on the palate. The mid-palate is firm and full of red fruits and subtle earthy flavors and mineral textures. It was the perfect accompaniment to French bistro cuisine. If only there was more of this lovely wine!

Full bodied. Dark red fruit and some earthiness. Smooth almost silky mouthfeel. Short to medium finish was pleasing. Might buy again. Worked well with burger and ribs.
