Lovely wine with perfectly balanced acid and great texture and depth. The slightly oxidative quality comes through at first along with the distinct Pedro Ximenez character, but then both mellow out with air leaving really pretty wilting white flower and dried stone fruit character.

2013. One of Spain's white wine jewels. Elegant and spirited. Just a touch of flor-aging adds texture and dimension without oxidation. Gently floral and aromatic. Very pretty.
