Lovely wine with perfectly balanced acid and great texture and depth. The slightly oxidative quality comes through at first along with the distinct Pedro Ximenez character, but then both mellow out with air leaving really pretty wilting white flower and dried stone fruit character.

Great example of a white showing oxidation but still manages to express a complete wine instead of one ruled by oxidative tones. Walnut skins, canned pears, quince, sea spray, minerals, laced with citrus. 1/3 PX, 1/3 Macabeu, 1/3 Garnacha Blanca.
