Medium Ruby red color with aromas of red fruit, earthy spices, floral and cedar. On the palate flavors of sour cherry with notes of smoky spice, cinnamon and floral. Medium finish with fine tannins, ending with an earthy character. Drink now!

Still quite rough. 5-10 years please. Atm a little cherry on the nose and minerals on the pallet

Luscious cherries, but not very complex. Still, a beautiful example of Nebbiolo

Gorgeous Ruby color. That’s just the slightest bit translucent. Thick slow legs. Earthy aroma of smoke, and cured meat, and menthol. it really fills mouth (That’s what she said! 😆😆😆) but my overall experience is that it’s light bodied (even though I know it’s supposed to be considered full bodied). Red licorice, anise, white pepper. Tannins start to finish. Overall feels broad and balanced. Had some pizza with it and it did not not go. Sauce and cheese - good. Pepperoni- the tannins made it too spicy.
