Loved this Brunello! Tried 2011 vintage on Dec 29, 2017. Let it sit in the glass for 5 min and it really opens up. Nose has distinct hint of dark chocolate, the usual blackberries and some oak. The taste is on the light side, but quite gripping and not bland at all.

The bouquet is fine, but the acidity is average, it's to be drunk now. Needs at least one hour of aeration to deliver. Not the lushest Brunello I've drunk (vintage effect?) But it's elegant.

Le bouquet est fin, mais l’acidité est moyenne, c’est à boire maintenant. A besoin d’une heure d’aération au moins, pour se livrer. Pas le Brunello le plus luxuriant que j’ai bu (effet millésime?) mais c’est élégant.
