Light ruby color with an orange rim. Aromas of forest floor, dried violets, dried rose petals, dried cherries and leather. Flavors of tobacco, dried red berries and baking spices. Touch of pepper spice on the long and earthy finish. The tannins have softened and the acidity is still quite bright. Respectable. Thanks for opening this bottle, Ron B!

Oct 19th, 2024Drinkable now. Balanced. Rusty ruby color. Dried fruit and herbs. Well balanced. Light tannin but welcoming longer finish. This says Barolo. Not sure I will wait much longer to open the last bottle.
