This is Terravista Mencia Rose 2025,
not Albariño.
Bright vibrant pink.
Dry, crisp and savoury with red berries, cranberries, slightly floral with a hint of (not unpleasant) bitterness.
Pleasant mouth watering acidity on the finish.
The only planting of Mencia grapes in all of Canada.; 4 acres in total.
Grown on a clay bluff overlooking Okanagan Lake in the Naramata Outlook Vineyard.
Fermented in 60 % steel and 40 % neutral barrels then aged in steel and neutral French oak barrels.
