What a value! At $34, this wine surprised me. Though maybe it shouldn't have, as Sam Baxter and Terra Valentine have been making great QPR wines for a while now. Recommend this wine for those who want dark fruit and earthy tones not often found in $34 wines.

Blackberry, cassis, eucalyptus, mossy earth, oak and hints of mocha & spice. Good structure and quite tannic.

Semi-juicy Napa cab. Dark red cherries give way to cocoa powder and some white pepper. Good stuff. Came alive after an hour.
