Estate Grown Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon

To oaky and fruity for my liking. Not bad overall! Wine club from wine steward

Deep dark fruit, cherries, oak, tobacco and vanilla on the nose. Strong tannins and a hint of spice when it hits the palette.

Not a big fan. Tasted this at the winery and it was excellent. Naturally, we bought a few bottles. Cellered for a few years only to find it's lost most of it's fruit and any tannins. Even lost done of it's alcohol. Not sure if it's a bad bottle or if it just fizzeled out. Will try another bottle in a few weeks and report back.

Deep bodied wine with a peppery finish. Reasonably priced

Bought this wine because of the label, but is ended up being pretty good! We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary on Valentine's Day with this wine and a trip to our favourite BYOB restaurant.

Surprisingly good. We drank it near Valentine's Day, and we thought it was a tad cheesy, but it was really quite good. We drink it with a fine meal at sienna

Great cab with some good spice and a nice finish.

2011. Very good, plum, cherry and cocoa, tannins integrated, great texture. I think I got this for $30, great for that price.
