Bare, barely off dry. Fun stuff! Floral, aromatic, white peach, lychee, kiwi, nice acid and downright approachable. Spice rubbed chicken making some noise with it.

Just juicy and fruity enough to nail what the Gewürztraminer grape does best but hit us with a nice degree of acidity that went great with the fried chicken we ate that night. Oh yeah!
