This is a purple cumulus cloud of grape drank raining over my wine glass. Stainless steel fermentation explodes from the clean austere acidity in this production. Ripe plum squeezed through stainless pipes. Pure delicious fruit.

100% Cab Franc raised in steel. Teeth-stainer - The clear glass bottle is already stained pink. Interesting wine, but young.
