Classic perfect Nebbiolo aromatics! A little grippy but really great wine

2008. Fresh. Bright. Juicy. Fruity. Balanced. Super enjoyable.

Lean and taut. While I enjoy the leaner side of Nebbiolo, the structure is unbalanced to the fruit etc right now.

Still a baby, savory, would love to see what it's like tomorrow but we're too impatient tonight to wait!

Great bottle but even better the next day...wait to drink this one for a while!

For you rednecks out there, the nose is a bit reminiscent of Red Man, or perhaps Beechnut, with a serious dash of fennel seed. Tar and cherries and grip on the tongue.

Classic Nebbiolo, though a bit shy. Food wine.
