Barolo Nebbiolo

Deep Ruby red color with a bouquet of fruit, spices, leather, tobacco, floral and chocolate, rich and robust, aged 3 years in large oak casks and in bottles for the final six months. On the palate flavors of sour cherry and raspberry with notes of pepper and cacao. Medium+ finish with fine soft tannins ending with earthy tobacco and floral notes. Great now.

Well, this was ok. Much better after a long decant.

Really nice. Cool apricot colour. Cherry, tobacco. Not exceptional but quite interesting, layered. Quite dry. Tannins were noticable.

decent acids, hangs well on the palate, enjoyable. great value.!

Check vintages next time, this was very astringent and never opened up. But have had other bottles that were outstanding. BQE

Nice fruit smell of raspberries and red cherries. Taste of red cherries with surprisingly not a heavy amount of tannins.

It’s OK. It has the right red brick color. It got better after breathing a bit. It’s a thin wine that cut nicely through the ribeyes we had it with.
