Consumed over two days. Was funky on the first and some carbonation but opened beautifully and showed salinity, green olive and dark fruits. Like being in the Mediterranean.

Cannonau Tenores 2006. Colore granato con sfumature aranciate. Non limpido, non chiarificato come da tradizione. Sentori odorosi non proprio spiccati, chiuso. Prevale tuttavia la marasca e ciliegia sotto spirito. Al palato delicato non troppo corposo, caldo. Buona la freschezza e il tannino. Assolutamente pronto.
