Fun wine with a fun label. This is a delicious everyday Tuscany drinker with good fruit and solid body. Along with sour cherry, I get freshly mown green grass, thyme, and a hint of rosemary. Great pairs with family of, but I can drink this on the patio in the fall with a good book.

Celebrating making it over Donner pass alive. The only red wine in the hotel lobby.

2013 Vintage. Light and delicate. Earthy with some mineral essence.

Mostly Sangiovese (5% Merlot) Tuscan Blend. Berries and spice on the nose and plums and licorice on the pallet. Hints of black tea. Good QPR.

Randomly grabbed in a quick run into a deli. This one dissapointed. Unpleseant aroma and acidic. Dumped it after 2 drinks.

I enjoyed it. Sangiovese smoothed out with a blend of Merlot. Easy drinking and distinctly Tuscan in overall mouth feel. Dry enough that I didn't rush through it.

Lets be honest folks, at this price point this Sangiovese/Merlot blend is great for a weeknight or slightly chilled for some pop at a tailgate -smooth cherry, a touch of herbs, and dollop of tannins. #qprsupertuscan
