Beautiful deep gold in color.
Nice nose of citrus, lemons, apples, melons, pears, minerals, light spices, light earth and white pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with lemons, citrus, red apples, melons, pears, honey, light sweet grapefruits, tropical fruits, herbs, earth, almonds and black pepper.
Spicy finish with limes and grapefruits.
This is a really nice surprise. This 5 year old Fiano from Italy is drinking very nicely now. Tasty and well balanced. Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
Delicious by itself. Rich, elegant, fruity and spicy. Alcohol is nicely integrated by now.
A good quality wine. Good right out of the bottle, and takes about 30 minutes to show the nose.
Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
I had it all by itself, but it will pair nicely with seafood too.
Aged in neutral oak barrels for 12 months. Vegan, unfiltered and unfined.
