It refers to you having to double galbce at this wine..which you really do
Incredibly focus fiano
Some bottle age has definitely helped
A bit of cirtussy fruit is there, the floral boquet is there too but the mineralis pretty unique
It is flinty, you can smell and taste graphite or pencil leads if you prefer and a good amount of gunpowder.
It is dry and very long
I can drink alot of this.

This wine is so good! The viscosity is absolutely insane, medium to medium high acidity, great notes of citrus fruit and pear. Had with tilapia in a lemon/butter/caper sauce. — 4 years ago
