Notes of spicy raspberries. Silky smooth mouthfeel and a touch dry, with lovely ripe cherries, however not very complex right out of the bottle. Seems rather alcoholic, although it's the usual 13.5%. After opening about 20 minutes it opened up and had a nice dark fruit flavor, but not much else going on.
