Very light in color and taste. Very Pleasant. The sip evaporates but the finish lingers Smells like a Napa wine on the nose. I can’t pick out a note I am not experienced enough. The more I sip it the more I like it. — 2 years ago
You can still hang on to it for another 3 years then give it a try. Still vibrate. Licorice, black currant long finish with dark chocolate — 3 years ago
Notes of cinnamon, a little bitter than a dark chocolate on the finish. Still smells of vanilla on your nose. A long chewy finish. — 3 years ago
Large bubbles and for a brut not too dry. Acid up front mineral dry finish. I am not a champagne connoisseur. — 3 years ago
I have had this in the wine cellar waiting. Just opened it has beautiful chocolate upfront very tannic chewy finish. Love it. I think I could have waited at least another year to open. — a year ago
Very smooth. Has a very old aged taste even though young. Tastes like plums and raisins — 2 years ago
I waited too long. 2005 is past peak. Still pleasant but wish I opened it earlier. Lost all notes and flavor. I am not used to drinking older wines. — 3 years ago
Nice big Cabernet. Really enjoyed this one. Chewy and beautiful — 3 years ago

2004 Silver reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. I had this in my wine cellar. The upper part of cork disintegrated. The cork had 1/4” that was intact. Absolutely delicious. I am so glad it wasn’t ruined. Full body California Cabernet. It still had texture. It still has tannins. I bet this could go another 5 years. — 3 months ago
