Wonderful, darker color with interesting smell with rich fruits and hint of anis complements.

Very pleasant. Fruity- some green apple, medium - bodied. Probably the nicest Pecorino I’ve had. Not much description, due to the fact that I needed to move fast get my fair share of the homemade ravioli!
