La Bandina Valpolicella Superiore Corvina Blend

Too many cacao and sweet coffee notes for me. Decent backbone though.

Very very nice 2006 Valpolicella. Ripe black cherry, espresso, black pepper. Mature, velvet structure, sift tannine. Great with our strong cheese.

A strong first few sips but gradually with fresh breathes it takes , it’s becomes Velvety & smoother .

A strong gorgeous wine to pair with strong cheese board & cold meat cuts .
I enjoyed it thoroughly with 80./. Dark coco & truffle bites. A Pair made for a delicious decadent Burst of flavours.
it’s a slightly on a dry side of wine but very delicious.

Single vineyard #valpolicella superiore. Raisin & prune, chocolate & spice. Sweet plummy tannins. Drinking well.

Got it second time, nice wine. Smell of smoked bacon stuffed with dry plum, also sweeter cherry notes, in mouth medium body, cherry skin mixed with black pepper, mellow coating tannins - soft finish but with acidity spike.
