Dry and slightly funky. A good friend for light fish, or as an aperitif before dinner.

Sono sorpresso quando l'ho trovato a Trader Joe's. Questo tipo dell'uva sarebbe raro piuttosto. Anche dipenda il chataue veramente, mi piace Grillo perche e' similare con Monrasche a volte.

Easy drinking. Great with pasta. Brought for £6.79 @ Waitrose on a deal.

I bought this for reducing down in a mushroom risotto (and to drink on the side). Soft and peachy but a bit uninteresting on this tasting.

A grillo that's decidedly more mineral than citric, with a chalky cast to the summation. Bear in mind, this one's four years old.
