You need some honey with this wine. Try and it becomes soft and round.

Little tight at first, but give it 15 minutes and you have a lush, easy drinking Sicilian beauty with a warm finish of dark fruit and baking spices. An example of the diversity of Sicilian wines--and one of my new favorites.

Spicy with black currant and blackberry, black pepper and white pepper, pronounced aromas. High alcohol, medium acidity, full body and medium finish. Sweet aftertaste and a hint of pepper and licourice.

Solid value - vanilla, minerality, plum

Really good value for a really good wine, Sicily seems the area that can do that. Spicy, easy drinking.

Spicy, smoky, red fruits. Very very good.

Really good for the £7 would happily pay more. Red fruit. Light with plenty of flavour
