Great Barbera from one of the masters of this craft. Loads of dark cherry, spices with some strawberry and hints of raspberry thrown in the mix. Deep and concentrated and at the same time well in balance. Refreshing acidity clears the palate towards the long after taste. I prefer the Nizza bottling slightly over this but a fabulous Barbera 3-5 years from peak

Solid Barbera. A little fuller bodied than most from Asti I've tried. Still medium body with a little spice on the finish. I think the 2012 is a wee but young. A couple of more years will help. Will definitely buy again.
