Reminds me of Chianti Classico, because of the varietal being Sangiovese. Full bodied, but the tannins aren’t terribly astringent. Tart dark fruit aroma on the nose, with notes of dark fruit to the taste.

Nose of dark fruits, blackberries, liquorice, herbs. On the palate, medium bodied, medium dry and medium acidity and finish. Good wine but not amazing. Would be great with a nice robust pasta.

Nice medium bodied. Delicious with squid. Smooth bouquet with tones of black berries and cherries.

Nice earthy flavor with some fruity notes after a few seconds on the palate.

A bit light

Very light in color. Reminiscent of a wine 10 years older. Was dry in the mouth with respectable Italian acid. I personally could have used a little more fruit.
